Question Order Randomization

I have my Question Group Presentation (Basic Assessesment option) set to random so it will present the groups in random order (I’m assuming).

I have my Question Presentation option (inside the Group) set to random so it will present the questions from inside the group in random order.

During the assessment, it presents the questions from each group together. (i.e. questions from Group C, then questions from Group A, then questions from Group X, etc.)

Is it possible to totally randomize the question order? I want a question from Group A, then a question from Group D, etc. With both question groups and questions within the groups being random. Please tell me what combination of options I need to set to make this happen.

Thanks!

Group Name and Group Score data

We would love to be able to make use of the Group Name and Group Score that is seen on the email that is sent to the account when new results are posted. If it could be added to the list of the return data that we can snag (from the Integration Guide) that would be great!

Thanks for considering…!

I have a master account that has two sub-accounts. One sub account was set up for testing with a new website. The other sub account was set up so certain people could view assessment results without the ability to do anything else.

Now… I need the sub-account with the ability to view results to view a result that was posted under the sub account that is used for testing. Is that possible?

After looking at doc I was thinking I needed to set up a Security Group that would enable the view sub account to see the results of the other sub account, but I don’t have the buttons and/or links to create a new Account Group that is discussed in the doc. Is this a limitation of Testcraft Express, or what am I missing?

Thanks!

I created an assessment with survey and assessment questions. When I take the test the assessment questions give me the “review later” checkbox. Is there any way that I can turn that off?

Thanks, jim

So, I’ve been trying for a great deal of time to access to the following url: [http://...]

I had no success as I’d like to know how is it possible to get there for I’ve got a deadline that is about to end.

Thanks.

I would love to be able to globally add a comment space to every question in my assessment, much like I can set other settings at a global level that will then take effect when a new assessment is created. To add it individually to each question is inefficient for our use as we want a comment space on every question.

Linked Assessments With Parameters

We use the custom fields as part of our login to an assessment.
We call the assessment with the fields prefilled for the candidate (no manual login needed).
We are linking a timed assessment to a non-timed assessment.
We set up a call to the 2nd assessment from a branching question at the end of the first assessment in order to seamlessly pass the candidate to a non-timed assessment.

If the timed assessment times out before the candidate finishes answering, is there a way for it to pass the unique custom fields to the next assessment it calls on the return link (so it does not ask the candidate to log in)?

Hii,

Is it possible to import questions from the excel sheet into testcraft with all the groups mentioned in it or do we need to first import all the questions and then create groups and move the questions to the group????

In simple terms is it possible to import the questions in the attached spreadsheet with the question groups exactly the same way
