How many people may take my assessment at the same time?
Basically, there is no limit.  However, if you expect 500 or more people to be completing your assessment at the same time, it’s probably a good idea to notify Testcraft technical support so they can ensure your assessment should not experience any unforseen difficulties.  The support group can look at your assessment to make sure it is optimized for delivery to this volume of respondents (for example, make sure all images, videos, or attachments have been sized properly).

Can I include videos or sound clips within my assessment?
Yes.  Testcraft supports the use of Adobe Flash audio and video within assessments.  First you will need to convert your audio or video to Flash (SWF) format and then upload it to your Testcraft account as a resource.  Then you may easily attach the resource to a question or group where it will be displayed during the respondent’s assessment.

Can I pass respondent sign-in data from my website (i.e. single sign-on)?
Yes.  Testcraft allows you to integrate with our assessment delivery engine in several different ways.  If you have an LMS (learning management system), you may want to integrate with AICC or SCORM compatible integration.  If you are simply integrating your own website or application, we provide an HTTP integration method as well.  A full Testcraft Integration Guide is available to customers which details each of these methods with examples.
