I have a user the trying to use the rich text editor when creating questions and they are receiving the following error: ‘Exception while executing client event OnClientLoad Error: Access is denied’.  Other users are having an issue so its probably PC related.  Is the underlyign technology for rich text editor Java?  I need some direction to tell our help desk to fix this issue or else they will say its an application problem. I’m 99.9999% sure it’s PC related not the application.  Thanks.

We are using Testcraft 5.5 with IE 7

The rich text editor is actually a component from Telerik called the RadEditor.  It uses Javascript for its functionality.  It does not require Java and is cross-browser compatible.

I’m not sure I understand your post, however.  Is this happening on just this one user’s PC or on multiple PC’s?
