Testcraft Free Video Training

Testcraft video training is provided freely to our customers and potential customers.  We believe very strongly in our product, and feel you will too after seeing for yourself how powerful Testcraft truly is.  Keep in mind, Testcraft is extremely versatile.  So although the training will present one method of accomplishing something, several other methods or options probably exist.

Check back often, as new video training will be released based on customer feedback and demand.

Introduction

Testcraft Introduction A general introduction to the Testcraft interface, navigation methods, and accessing help from within the system.

Accounts

	Account Home Screen A tour of the authoring home page along with details regarding the Account Information Panel, Assessment Information Panel and important items located in the Account Information area such as the Character Set and Timezone settings.
	Changing Account Password This training segment covers the procedure for changing the authoring account password.
	Editing Custom Fields This training segment provides detailed instruction on creating Custom Login Fields, and offers some examples of the types available.
	Editing Resources Resources are the graphic and multimedia assets you use in assessment questions, question groups, and as assessment logos.  This training segment covers the types of resources and the basics of adding a resource to your account.
	Sub-Account Security Sub-accounts help organizations of any size manage diverse and large quantities of assessments within Testcraft.  This training covers creating, managing, and testing sub-accounts and introduces Testcraft's flexible and robust security model.

Result Analysis

Report Center This training segment provides detailed instruction on using the Testcraft Report Center.  You will be shown some of the basic and advanced report types, as well as advanced result filtering techniques to analyze your data in different ways.
